It doesn’t matter where you’re based — if the property is in South Australia, we can handle your conveyancing.

Can’t get to our Victor Harbor office? No problem. We offer mobile appointments across the Fleurieu Peninsula and beyond, seven days a week — including after hours. We’ll come to you.

We’re also PEXA certified, meaning we can handle your settlement electronically — saving time and reducing the back-and-forth that used to be part of the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer conveyancing services in Goolwa?

Yes. While our office is based in Victor Harbor, we regularly assist clients with property transfers in Goolwa and throughout the broader Goolwa area including Hindmarsh Island, Currency Creek and Clayton Bay. We can come to you for a mobile appointment, or handle your matter entirely online if that’s more convenient.

Can you help with a property transfer in Yankalilla or Normanville?

Absolutely. We handle property transfers throughout the Yankalilla district, including Yankalilla, Normanville, Carrickalinga, Myponga and Cape Jervis. We’re familiar with the area and can travel to see you locally if needed.

Do you help first home buyers?

Yes, and we love working with first home buyers. We know the process can feel daunting when it’s your first time, so we take extra care to explain every document, every step and every cost before you sign anything. There are no silly questions — we’d rather you understand exactly what you’re agreeing to.

Can you help with a property transfer following a death in the family?

Yes. We handle deceased estate property transfers sensitively and thoroughly, working with executors to transfer property as part of an estate settlement. We understand this is a difficult time and we’ll take care of the paperwork so your family can focus on what matters.

Do you handle property transfers following divorce or separation?

Yes. We can manage property transfers arising from divorce or relationship breakdown in South Australia. We handle the process efficiently and without fuss, helping both parties move forward as smoothly as possible.

Can you come to me instead of me coming to your Victor Harbor office?

Yes — mobile appointments are one of the things that sets us apart. We travel across the Fleurieu Peninsula and can also visit clients in the Adelaide Hills, southern suburbs and Adelaide metro area. We’re available seven days a week including after hours, so we can usually find a time that works around you.

I’m buying and selling at the same time — can you handle both?

Yes. Simultaneous settlements are something we handle regularly. We coordinate both transactions — making sure the settlement on your sale and the settlement on your purchase line up as smoothly as possible. We’ll keep you updated throughout so there are no nasty surprises.

Do I need to be in South Australia for you to handle my conveyancing?

No. As long as the property is located in South Australia, we can assist you regardless of where you’re based. Our PEXA certification means we can handle settlements electronically, so interstate or overseas clients are no problem at all.
